Superfluid Dx, Inc. is seeking a senior scientist to lead cf-RNA sequencing analyses and develop robust predictive models. You will implement differential expression, pathway analysis, and enrichment methods to deliver actionable biological insights.

Qualifications

• PhD in a quantitative field with strong life sciences focus.
• Postdoc experience highly desirable.
• 5+ years biotech industry leadership on projects.
• Expertise in gene expression analysis, normalization, and DE.
• Strong statistics: hypothesis tests, p-values, Bayesian methods.
• Extensive ML/DL model building and evaluation experience.
• Proficient in Python; Unix/Linux; other languages a plus.
• Experience with cloud platforms for scaling workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation in cf-RNA sequencing data analysis.
• Develop differential expression, pathway and enrichment methods.
• Build and validate predictive models (logistic, RF, NN).
• Leverage RNA-seq LLMs for inference and analysis.
• Design scalable, efficient data analysis pipelines.
• Validate methods for real-world clinical contexts.
• Visualize data and communicate insights to teams.
• Collaborate on company scientific/technical strategy.
