Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field with research experience in ML/biomedical data.

• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or scikit-learn, and SQL; collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design featurization and curate datasets from antibody/protein data for modeling.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy ML models using structured and sequence data.
• Collaborate with ISD and Discovery scientists to align ML work with design-make-test-learn.
