Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a Senior ML Engineer for Biologics Discovery Data Science to operationalize and scale AI/ML solutions. You will own deployment, lifecycle management, access, monitoring, and governance for ML and agentic solutions across discovery workflows, ensuring reliability without owning core model development.

Based at Spring House, PA or other US locations, you will collaborate with data scientists and partner teams to enable production-grade AI capabilities

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related computational field.
• Experience operationalizing and scaling AI/ML solutions in production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python and building AI/ML workflows for training, evaluation, deployment, and serving.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows.
• Enable closed-loop scientific learning by capturing and governing new data for downstream modeling and evaluation.
• Establish reliable deployment, serving, monitoring, access management, and lifecycle management across environments.
• Implement model, data, and workflow versioning with reproducible releases and traceability.
