Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a quantitative field; master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data science, product analytics, or related field.
• Expert SQL skills and experience with large, evolving data environments.
• Strong Python for data prep, analysis, and automation.
• Proven ability to define metrics, validate datasets, and explain limitations.
• Experience using observational data to evaluate product performance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Management to translate questions into analyses informing strategy and roadmap.
• Define and maintain KPI frameworks for AV, Super Cruise and ADAS products.
• Evaluate product performance, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Build datasets, models, dashboards, and self-service tools linking vehicle data to insights.
• Investigate data quality issues and address gaps with engineering and data teams.
• Apply causal inference methods and communicate findings to leadership.
