Walmart is seeking a Senior Manager of Data Science to lead advanced analytics initiatives that build, validate, and deploy robust models. You will guide feature engineering, model tuning, and scalable deployment while supervising the team and aligning solutions with business goals.

Expertise in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools will be used to translate data into actionable insights. You will mentor associates and drive continuous improvement in production environments.

Qualifications

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree with 5 years analytics experience; or
• Option 2: Master's degree with 3 years analytics experience; or
• Option 3: 7 years analytics or related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models.
• Guide feature engineering and machine learning on structured and unstructured data.
• Design data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices.
