Job summary

Realtor.com is seeking a Senior Analytics Partner for the RDC Next program, focusing on Realtor.com Plus. You will own experimentation, business analytics, and reporting across the platform, delivering insights that influence product strategy and market launches.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, and MLS data teams, shaping dashboards, models, and self-serve reporting at scale while mentoring junior analysts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years as a Data Scientist or analytics professional.
• Strong SQL and Python or R skills.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and BI analytics tools.
• Strong communication and data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and marketing to define high-value analytics questions.
• Own end-to-end analytics for consumer product initiatives and define success metrics.
• Apply statistical and ML techniques to surface drivers of engagement and conversion.
• Design and analyze experiments (A/B and quasi-experimental) to measure impact.
• Build datasets, pipelines, metrics, and dashboards for self-serve analytics.
• Mentor analysts and data scientists; drive standards and code quality.
