Job summary

Nestlé USA seeks a senior leader to oversee Commercial advanced analytics and AI/GenAI strategy, bridging business stakeholders with IT/technical delivery teams. You will drive data-driven decision making and guide innovation initiatives for the commercial organization.

The role requires a strong data science background, strategic leadership, and the ability to translate complex problems into actionable solutions while driving adoption across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related field. MBA or advanced degree is a strong plus.
• 7+ years leading teams in a consumer products organization or similar environment.
• 7+ years partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience and track record delivering enterprise-scale analytics and AI/GenAI initiatives with strong adoption.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.
• Knowledge of R, Python, and SQL for analytic solution review and design evaluation.
• Proven ability to guide technical teams while communicating with senior business leadership.

Responsibilities

• Work with commercial functions to determine insights that support decision-making.
• Identify data science, AI, and GenAI projects aligned with strategic priorities.
• Lead development and implementation of AI/GenAI solutions with IT partners, ensuring business value.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and IT delivery teams, turning problems into technical specs.
• Champion emerging AI/GenAI and automation capabilities for scalable innovation.
• Drive adoption and ROI through operationalization of analytics within Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to guide prioritization and feasibility of analytics initiatives.
• Represent Commercial on Nestlé's Data Council to align enterprise analytics priorities.
