Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Digital & Social Intelligence Senior Analyst to implement an adaptive social intelligence capability and support AI readiness across the organization. You’ll deliver real-time consumer insights to Brand Marketing, Consumer Insights, Digital Analytics, and other teams, guiding strategic decisions with data-driven storytelling.

Reporting into the Digital & Social Intelligence Manager within Commercial Excellence, you’ll balance deep analysis with stakeholder enablement,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, analytics, communications, business, economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years in social listening and social research with strategic storytelling of results.
• 3–5 years in a strategic data analytics role with dashboards and self-serve visuals.

Responsibilities

• Lead social listening and in-depth research across brands, categories, and trends.
• Develop and deliver stakeholder-facing insights and visual stories.
• Manage ad-hoc research requests and prioritize based on impact and urgency.
• Review AI-driven reports and outputs to ensure actionability for stakeholders.
• Maintain tool governance, access, and quality with tech vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed social intelligence capabilities.
