Qualifications

• Experience with modern LLMs, prompt engineering, and retrieval systems; strong Python software craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy advanced ML, NLP, retrieval, and generative AI solutions for scientific discovery and knowledge exploration.
• Develop LLM-powered applications: QA, literature summarization, semantic search, and evidence-grounded AI experiences.
• Create RAG systems connecting AI models with trusted scientific content.
• Implement knowledge graphs, ontologies, and metadata into AI workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering to monitor, optimize, and scale AI systems.
