• Experience with modern LLMs, prompt engineering, evaluation, retrieval systems, and AI-powered workflows.
• Strong Python programming with production-quality software practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/NLP/retrieval/generative AI solutions for scientific discovery.
• Build and optimize LLM-powered apps: QA, literature summarization, semantic search, insights.
• Develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems with trusted content.
• Create capabilities for search, ranking, recommendation, extraction, and enrichment.
• Design evaluation frameworks for quality, relevance, grounding, trust, and impact.

• Collaborate with engineering to monitor, optimize, and scale AI systems.
