Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our NGSIEM Agentic AI team. You will design, build and deploy advanced AI systems that analyze and prioritize millions of security events per second, enabling rapid threat identification and response.

You’ll lead AI/ML architecture, drive innovation across LLMs, vector search, and RAG, and mentor engineers while partnering with Product, Security, and Operations to deliver measurable security outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in large-scale AI/ML, search, retrieval, ranking in cybersecurity.
• Deep expertise in semantic retrieval, vector search, ranking, NLP/LLMs, RAG.
• Strong understanding of experimentation, model evaluation, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for large-scale retrieval, ranking, vector search, RAG, anomaly detection.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML architecture including data pipelines, deployment and monitoring.
• Define product evaluation methodologies and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and drive technical excellence.
