Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our NGSIEM Agentic AI team. You will design, build and deploy AI systems that analyze and prioritize millions of security events per second to rapidly identify threats.

You’ll own end-to-end AI/ML architecture, drive innovations in LLMs, vector search, and anomaly detection while mentoring others and shaping the AI roadmap across the platform.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale AI/ML, search, retrieval, ranking in the cybersecurity space.
• MS, PhD, or equivalent in a quantitative field such as CS, statistics or physics.
• Deep expertise in semantic retrieval, vector search, LLMs, RAG architectures and agentic AI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and strategy for retrieval, ranking, vector search, RAG, and anomaly detection at enterprise scale.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML architecture including data pipelines, models, deployment and monitoring.
• Define evaluation metrics, partner with product/engineering, and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior scientists and influence long-term AI roadmap decisions.
