Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking an exceptional Senior Data Scientist to join the NGSIEM Agentic AI team. You will design, build and deploy advanced AI systems that analyze millions of security events per second and prioritize threats for rapid response.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and scaling large-scale AI/ML, search, retrieval and ranking in cybersecurity.
• MS, PhD, or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics or related field.
• Deep expertise in semantic retrieval, vector search, ranking, NLP/LLMs, and RAG architectures.
• Experience operating large-scale production systems with latency and cost constraints.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture for AI/ML systems and enterprise-scale retrieval, ranking, and anomaly detection.
• Own end-to-end AI/ML pipelines from data to deployment and monitoring.
• Mentor junior scientists and influence cross-functional technical direction.
