Qualifications

• 5+ years in data science or analytics, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise products.
• Hands-on experience with data modeling and defining metrics that other teams depend on.
• Strong SQL and Python; experience with modern data tooling and semantic layers.

Responsibilities

• Connect data across product, partner, and business systems to build metrics and reporting for enterprise customers.
• Design and maintain data models and metric definitions for consistency across analyses and AI tools.
• Partner with engineering to ensure data collected supports reliable measurement.
• Design and analyze experiments and apply causal inference to measure impact.
• Build predictive models for engagement, retention, and customer health; deploy across business.
• Develop AI evaluation tools and metrics including safety and quality measures.
