As a Senior Data Scientist, you will join a team of data scientists, AI researchers, software developers, and psychometricians who provide technical and scientific leadership for some of our most important strategic efforts companywide. You will be actively and cross‑functionally involved in the entire AI/ML model development lifecycle from design to deployment. You will help design, develop, validate, operationalize, and monitor AI/ML models for our School (PreK-12) business unit, and you will collaborate closely with colleagues across functions like Product, Engineering, Learning Design, and User Experience to help McGraw Hill create and deliver world‑class educational experiences.

The pay range for this position is between $120,000 - $165,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
