Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, CS, Engineering, Mathematics or Statistics.
• 7+ years building and applying advanced ML methods.
• 2+ years mentoring data scientists in a matrix org.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics delivery using ML/AI across Procurement, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain.
• Manage and grow a team of data scientists (5+) and oversee delivery.
• Collaborate with IT & Digital and functional partners to align solutions with business needs.
• Prioritize data science work across projects and allocate resources accordingly.
