Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of data science, AI, and advanced analytics initiatives aligned with Finance priorities and measurable business outcomes.
• Manage forecasting initiatives by guiding solution design, model development, validation, deployment, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of A2R, P2P, and I2C processes through data science, automation, and AI.
• Partner with Finance, Technology, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into analytical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Oversee the development of analytical products and decision-support tools that convert data into actionable insights.
• Manage, coach, and develop data scientists, fostering technical excellence, collaboration, accountability, and an inclusive high-performance culture.
• Establish and maintain standards for model governance, data quality, documentation, validation, controls, and responsible AI in a regulated environment.
• Drive adoption and sustained value by embedding data science and AI solutions into business processes and measuring impact.
