Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, ML, or related roles.
• Experience leading people and complex analytical workstreams.
• Strong understanding of finance processes and data-driven improvement opportunities.
• Proficiency in Python or R, SQL, ML, cloud data platforms, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of data science, AI, and analytics initiatives aligned with Finance priorities.
• Oversee forecasting initiatives: design, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Identify opportunities to improve A2R, P2P, and I2C through data science and AI.
• Translate business needs into analytical roadmaps and scalable solutions.
• Coach and develop data scientists and analytics professionals; foster high performance.
• Establish governance standards for models, data quality, and responsible AI.
