Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Scientist to join the Drug Development Data Science and Biomarker team in Cambridge Crossing. You will translate complex multimodal data into testable hypotheses, using ML and deep learning to drive biomarker strategies across clinical programs.

The role requires hands-on modeling, collaboration across clinical and statistical teams, and the ability to deliver high-impact analyses that accelerate drug development.

Qualifications

• Ph.D. in a quantitative field with 1+ years of experience, or Master’s with 3+ years in industry.
• Strong experience with omics or molecular assays data is required.
• Experience in AI/ML applications in pharma R&D and modeling high-dimensional data.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply computational methods for patient segmentation from multimodal datasets.
• Collaborate on protocols and SAPs for biomarkers and diagnostics.
• Execute biomarker analyses on clinical trial and real-world data.
• Develop predictive models and scalable modeling workflows.
