Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineer to support data platforms for Global Drug Development's Patient & Site engagement and Feasibility & Forecasting domains. You will build reliable data ecosystems, ingest and govern data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to empower data-driven clinical operations.

You will leverage Databricks, GenAI, and semantic technologies to accelerate data product lifecycles while ensuring robust governance, scalability, and security

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate cloud-based data platforms for clinical trial operations and data products.
• Collaborate with BI&T partners, clinical study teams, and data engineers to enable data-driven initiatives.
• Implement GenAI, Databricks, and semantic technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
• Ensure data governance, quality, and lineage across large-scale datasets.
• Deliver production-grade GenAI applications and self-service analytics tools for clinical workflows.
• Mentor junior analysts and vendor resources on Databricks and best practices.
