Job summary

Visa's Global Data and AI team is seeking a Senior Manager to join the Consumer Payments Strategic Analytics group as a hands-on contributor delivering scalable analytics, AI-driven insights, and data science solutions that inform product strategy and performance for internal Visa teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years with an Advanced Degree or 2 years with a PhD, OR 11+ years total experience.
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL with hands-on experience in large-scale data environments.
• Experience with AI/ML including generative AI and LLMs.
• Ability to translate data-driven insights into business impact and executive storytelling.
