Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree or 11+ years total experience.
• 9+ years with a Bachelor's or 7+ years with an Advanced Degree or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Minimum of 6+ years analytical experience applying solutions to business problems.
• Four (4) years of experience designing, building/fine tuning ML/AI models around fraud detection.
• Four (4) years of experience solving data problems using SQL, Hadoop, Hive, NoSQL.
• Expert in Python.
• One (1) year of using LLMs for feature extraction from text.
• One (1) year of building dashboards with Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience building agentic workflows.

Responsibilities

• Implements, monitors and maintains production ML/NLP models and Gen AI products.
• Develops strategies to drive data extraction and model retuning for quality.
• Ensures adherence to data governance and model review processes.
• Advises on technical specs with collaborators to identify needs and dependencies.
• Identifies trends across data sources to plan platform updates.
• Owns dashboards using SQL from data warehouse and creates visualizations.
• Finds opportunities to create new data products from analyses.
• Provides ad-hoc data analysis support for internal teams.
