Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in statistics, economics, analytics, math, CS or related field with 5 years’ analytics experience.
• Master’s with 3+ years’ analytics experience.
• Alternative: 7 years’ analytics/related field experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessment, validation, and tuning of advanced data science models.
• Develop data visualization strategies using Python libraries and Tableau/PowerBI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
• Mentor team members on modeling techniques, feature engineering, and analytics practices.
• Oversee deployment and monitoring of models in production environments.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends for decision-making.
