Prove is seeking a Data Science Lead to serve as the strategic architect for the organization's data ecosystem. You will lead design of robust data architectures and oversee R&D for new data sources, ensuring scalable ingestion into production solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Data Science/Data Engineering, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
• Technical stack includes Python, R, SQL, Cloud Platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), Spark, Kafka, Airflow, and MLOps tools.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, schema design, statistical evaluation, and ML deployment practices bridging R&D with production.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex technical architectures into strategic business value for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design robust data architectures and scalable data engineering solutions.
• Lead R&D for novel data sources and evaluation of data assets.
• Oversee PoCs to validate new technologies before production.
• Vet data vendors and ensure data quality and seamless integration.
• Standardize methodologies for statistical analysis, experiments, and ML modeling.
• Ensure data ingestion and integration into core products with clean APIs.
