Job summary

Empower is seeking a Senior Analyst – Data Science to join the B2B Marketing Effectiveness team. You will independently deliver analytical insights and measurement solutions to improve marketing performance, campaign effectiveness, and business decision-making.

The role requires strong analytical problem-solving, ownership of end-to-end analyses, and mentoring junior analysts. You will partner with marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a quantitative field.
• 4–8 years of data analytics experience.
• Experience with marketing, CRM, or sales data preferred.
• Experience delivering analytical projects using structured datasets and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own data extraction, cleaning, validation, and preparation for analyses.
• Independently scope and execute analyses addressing business questions.
• Apply exploratory and statistical analyses to identify drivers and opportunities.
• Develop and enhance dashboards and recurring reporting with definitions and quality checks.
• Document analytical methods and findings for reproducibility and data accuracy.
• Analyze campaign performance across B2B marketing channels and recommend optimizations.
• Assess lead quality, funnel conversion, and campaign contribution across funnel stages.
• Design and analyze A/B tests, including metrics and trade-offs.
• Translate findings into concise recommendations and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Mentor junior analysts with guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
