Job summary

The role focuses on healthcare analytics, data modeling, and tool development for the Clinical Command Center and revenue cycle, with hybrid onsite work in New York.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in a relevant field; Masters preferred.
• 7+ years analytics development experience, preferably in health care.
• Experience with healthcare EMR systems such as Epic/Clarity; payor/claims systems like Facets/Amisys.
• Experience in revenue modeling, population management, clinical or financial decision reporting.
• PhD/MD/DO may substitute for three years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics development and BI tool projects for healthcare operations.
• Mentor level I/II Analysts and share knowledge across teams.
• Develop centralized analytics for Clinical Command Center and revenue cycle.
• Create and present reports, dashboards, and analytics to senior management.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data warehouse and reporting consistency.
• Triage, document, and track stakeholder requests.
• Provide training on self-service BI tools.
