Job summary

SitusAMC is seeking a skilled reporting lead to build and deliver our enterprise reporting strategy. This role develops processes to disperse critical information and insights, partnering with business leaders, vendors, and client service managers.

The ideal candidate mentors staff and expands a global BI platform, with experience in commercial real estate reporting. You will create complex data extractions, build dashboards, and ensure quality across a growing data ecosystem, while aligning

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of reporting experience; 1+ years in Associate level or external equivalent.
• 5+ years of reporting experience preferred, with 1+ years in mentorship role.
• Expertise building t-SQL statements is required.
• Expertise in SSRS is required.
• 2+ years commercial real estate experience required.
• Experience with agile methodologies and SDLC.
• CRE loan servicing experience (Enterprise! PNC/Midland CRE Servicing) would be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technology team members to expand the reporting platform.
• Follow the software development lifecycle of the reporting platform.
• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures to extract data.
• Build reports, data extracts, and visualizations.
• Mentor, review, improve and ensure junior staff quality of work.
• Prompt and regular attendance is required.
• Other activities as assigned by manager.
