Job summary

AbbVie in North Chicago, IL seeks a Technical Expert for Clinical Supply Management data solutions. You will independently identify, engineer, and optimize data, reporting and integration solutions, serving as the reporting and systems-data SME for CSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 4+ years.
• Strong SQL development skills with Oracle and/or PostgreSQL.
• Experience delivering reports in Jaspersoft/JasperReports with parameters and scheduling.
• Understanding of relational data models and data‑warehouse concepts.
• Experience with system integrations including API concepts and log analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy operational reports, dashboards and KPI views against clinical supply systems.
• Own system health, change management, and end-user support for Clinical Supply Management systems.
• Engineer and support integrations between CSM systems and external vendor platforms.
• Triaging integration issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with vendors.
• Manage master data, data quality and mappings within CSM systems.
• Identify automation opportunities and lead process improvements across CSM.
