Job summary
Paradigm Technology is seeking a Senior Data Quality & Governance Consultant to work onsite in Houston with a Fortune 100 midstream oil and gas client. You will help translate business processes into data quality rules, contracts, and governed data in Informatica IDMC, collaborating with business users and executives.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Data Management or Data Governance; hands-on Informatica IDMC delivery
- Proven client-facing consulting experience with business stakeholders
- Hands-on experience configuring Informatica IDMC Cloud Data Quality, profiling, and scorecards
- Experience scaling data quality and governance solutions from pilot to enterprise-wide deployment
Responsibilities
- 90-day focus on data quality, observability, and data contracts; engage with business users to map processes to rules
- Configure, build, test in Informatica IDMC; lead demos for business users
- Develop reusable data quality rule frameworks; scale to 150+ rules
- Support MDM and data integration work in IDMC as priorities evolve
- Explain trade-offs to executives and align with governance roadmap
