Job summary

Paradigm Technology is seeking a Manager - IT Consulting to design and deliver enterprise data management solutions using Informatica IDMC suite. This hands-on role spans CDGC, IDQ/CDQ, CDI/CAI, and MDM, and is primarily a technical delivery position with no strict people management.

You will work directly in platforms, lead small consulting teams, mentor 2–5 consultants, and communicate complex technical decisions to client stakeholders while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Informatica implementation experience including 2+ years as a technical or consulting lead
• Experience with three of the Informatica modules (CDGC, Axon/EDC, IDQ/CDQ, CDI/CAI, MDM) and migrations to IDMC
• Practical experience using generative AI/LLM tools for software or data delivery
• Proficiency with SQL and at least one scripting language, preferably Python

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, build, test, and troubleshoot Informatica IDMC solutions
• Develop governance taxonomies, glossaries, metadata scans, classification structures, and lineage in CDGC
• Build profiling, data quality, cleansing, standardization, matching, and scorecards in IDQ/CDQ
• Develop CDI/CAI mappings, APIs, integrations, and orchestrations
• Configure MDM data models and survivorship rules
• Lead migrations from legacy Informatica platforms and provide technical mentorship to teams
