Job summary

Paradigm Technology seeks a Manager, IT Consulting to lead hands-on Informatica delivery for governance, data quality, integration, and MDM within the IDMC suite. This remote US role includes periodic travel to client sites, with a possible hybrid option.

You will design taxonomies, build quality rules and mappings, and guide engagements as the senior technical voice. Expect 7+ years in Informatica, strong SQL/Python, and mentorship duties.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in hands-on Informatica delivery with 2+ years in a lead consultant role.
• Hands-on experience across CDGC, IDQ/CDQ, CDI/CAI, and MDM.
• Experience migrating PowerCenter/Axon/EDC to IDMC or similar modern platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and at least one scripting language (Python) for automation.
• Proven client-facing, mentoring, and workshop facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on technical delivery across Informatica IDMC suite; not just oversight.
• Design governance taxonomies, data quality rules, and mappings.
• Lead client engagements, translate requirements into technical designs.
• Coach junior consultants and manage small workstreams.
• Apply AI/LLM tools to accelerate migration, testing, and code generation.
