Day & Zimmermann Company seeks a Sr. Analyst, Data Governance to elevate the enterprise data governance framework, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems. You will partner with Business Data Owners and IT to define rules, validate critical data, and drive governance initiatives.

You will develop dashboards, reports, and metrics to support ERP modernization, AI initiatives, and strategic decisions, while promoting a data-centric culture across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum five years in Data Governance or related areas.
• Strong SQL, data profiling, and data quality investigation experience.
• Experience with Power BI and Excel for analytics.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce data governance standards, stewardship roles, and ownership models across the enterprise.
• Perform data profiling and quality assessments across enterprise platforms using SQL and reporting systems.
• Design and sustain interactive data quality dashboards and scorecards with Power BI or equivalents.
• Lead root cause analyses and coordinate remediation with business and IT stakeholders.
• Support governance for master data domains and implement Golden Records concepts.
