Job summary

Ledgebrook is seeking a Senior/Data Quality Analyst to join the Product & Data team. You will lead analytical efforts to ensure data integrity, supporting regulatory reporting and trust in analytics.

You will collaborate across engineering, pricing, finance, and compliance to improve data quality, design dashboards, and advance data initiatives using AI-enabled workflows in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience analyzing insurance data, supporting actuarial or insurance finance functions.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI for deep-dive analytics, data modeling, and reporting.
• Former actuarial experience or active progress on actuarial exams.
• Obsessive attention to detail with a relentless curiosity to investigate and resolve data inconsistencies.
• Self-starter with accountability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard Data Quality by investigating and resolving inconsistencies across datasets.
• Support actuarial and financial reporting with data validation for reserving and modeling.
• Build dashboards and monitoring tools using Power BI and SQL to track data health.
• Optimize workflows with AI and automated pipelines to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering, Product, and Finance to align data definitions and support system integrations.
