Job summary

MetLife is seeking a senior data analytics lead to plan, organize, and implement multiple complex data and analytics solutions across enterprise projects. You will refine backlogs, size features, and lead planning and delivery while coordinating with technical leads, project managers, and business teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, math, engineering or related field; foreign education equivalent.
• Eight years of experience delivering complex data analysis and BI reporting.
• Seven years planning and delivering multiple ETL/BI projects; lead technical design.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement multiple complex data and analytics solutions.
• Lead backlog refinement, sizing, solutioning, and planning ceremonies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver use cases across projects.
