Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Eight+ years of progressive experience in data protection and recovery environments.
- Three+ years in a technical lead or team leadership role.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Data Protection Engineers for enterprise backup operations.
- Design, implement, and maintain Commvault-based protection solutions.
- Guide recovery strategies for virtualized workloads and on-premises data centers.
- Provide technical leadership across storage, virtualization, and cybersecurity teams.
- Monitor backups, replications, restorations, and disaster recovery activities at scale.
- Develop documentation, dashboards, and executive reports on protection readiness.
