Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a Senior Information Security Engineer for a remote (US only) role reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Security. You will protect corporate data with a focus on Data Protection operations and implement security tools while improving alert fidelity to strengthen security outcomes.

Responsibilities include tuning DLP solutions, reviewing data protection programs, and collaborating with business partners to safeguard sensitive data across web, endpoint, and cloud

Qualifications

• Curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem-solving
• Experience with a variety of data loss prevention tools across web, endpoint, and email
• Proven ability to review DLP alerts, reduce false positives, and move controls to blocking state with minimal business impact
• Understanding of cloud and SaaS data stores to deploy monitoring functionality and controls

Responsibilities

• Implement and provide tuning recommendations for data loss prevention solutions
• Perform periodic reviews of data protection program with recommendations for improvement
• Maintain strong relationships with business partners to understand where sensitive data lives and what controls can be put in place to protect it
