Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering enterprise Data Protection infrastructure
• Experience with Cohesity, Commvault, Rubrik and Dell Data Protection suite
• Experience with SAN implementation and interoperability analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex Data Protection and connectivity issues across multi-site environments
• Strong communication and documentation skills for technical and business stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in client-facing delivery environments
• Understanding of AI, VMware, Linux, Unix, and Windows OS
• Strong presentation, diagramming, whiteboarding, and storytelling skills
• Expert in racking, stacking, and cabling hardware

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration and architectural design of backup platforms
• Deploy data center and cloud technologies including Cohesity, Rubrik, Dell DP Suite, and Commvault
• Perform backup configuration across hypervisors (VMware, Nutanix AHV, Hyper-V) and cloud (AWS, Azure)
• Develop disaster recovery plans and execute testing protocols
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials
• Act as a technical point of contact during delivery engagements
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and customer stakeholders to align scope and outcomes
• Provide post-implementation knowledge transfer and root cause analysis
• Support junior team members and ensure delivery quality
