Honeywell Technologies seeks a Senior Data Program Management Specialist to lead cross-functional data initiatives that drive commercial performance and faster, smarter decisions. You will bridge strategy, sales ops, analytics, and technology to deliver scalable data products and measurable outcomes.

Based in Charlotte, NC, this role reports to the Senior Director of Data Program Management and operates on a hybrid schedule. The first 90 days require onsite work five days a week.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in data program management or analytics delivery.
• Three+ years with Power BI for dashboards and KPI scorecards.
• Three+ years using SQL and program tools (JIRA/Confluence/Smartsheet).
• Three+ years leading complex analytics or commercial operations programs.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end delivery of commercial data programs with multi-workstream governance.
• Establish outcomes, success metrics, and value realization plans.
• Drive analytics initiatives to support sales growth and efficiency.
• Partner with Sales on incentive analytics, headcount allocation, and territory planning.
• Translate business questions into data requirements and actionable insights.
• Enable executive-ready storytelling and decision support for reviews.
• Create executive artifacts: scorecards, KPI definitions, updates.
• Strengthen data quality, governance, and scalable data assets.
• Manage stakeholder communications, release plans, and adoption tracking.
• Document solutions in knowledge repositories.
