Honeywell Aerospace in the United States seeks a Lead Data Scientist to shape advanced analytics, ML, and agentic AI across commercial and pricing functions. You will guide production deployment, mentor teams, and partner with commercial leaders to deliver measurable financial outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Lab – Advanced Analytics & AI, you will lead cross-functional efforts, develop AI-driven decision tools, and drive guardrails and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, analytics, or AI.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience developing and deploying ML models.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Databricks, GCP, Snowflake, or Fabric.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business challenges into analytical approaches.
• Experience collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of analytics, ML, and optimization models for commercial decision-making.
• Design and deploy predictive and prescriptive models across pricing, sales performance, forecasting, and marketing analytics.
• Translate complex business problems into scalable analytics solutions and decision frameworks.
• Mentor data scientists and data analysts and promote best practices.
