Voya Financial, Inc. seeks a Sr. Solutions Architect to lead data & analytics, AI/BI, data science and MDM initiatives. You will partner with business and IT leaders to shape architectures, governance, and roadmaps that drive transformation.

Role requires deep experience in big data, MDM and integration patterns, plus ability to influence executive stakeholders and deliver enterprise-wide solutions. This is a high-impact, on-site position in Windsor, CT.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Solution Architecture or related roles.
• Experience with Big Data technologies (HDFS, HIVE, SPARK, IMAPLA, Apache Drill).
• Experience with MDM products (Informatica MDM, Orchestra Network MDM).

Mansioni

• Lead solution architecture for Data & Analytics, AI/BI, Data Science and MDM programs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop IT investment roadmaps.
• Define governance to align business and enterprise architectures.
• Advise on options, risks, costs, and benefits across projects.
• Research technology trends and assess near-term needs.
