Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC) seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of a product from strategy to delivery. You will lead one or more teams of direct and matrixed resources, align stakeholders, and drive market research and product outcomes.

You will establish a shared vision with business leaders, manage product roadmaps, and oversee financials and operations to ensure value for customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and 7+ years product/technology delivery or 11+ years experience.
• 3+ years experience managing direct reports with coaching and performance planning.
• Experience in Product Management, Product Marketing or related leadership.
• Strong leadership to guide teams through collaboration.
• Ability to present strategy to executive leadership.
• Ability to drive initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience with vendor RFP/RFI assessments and vendor partnerships.
• Experience in iterative, agile and/or scrum development.
• Ability to interpret product dependencies to drive value for customers.
• Knowledge of processes and systems that form a capability.
• Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage change.
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
