Job summary

Health Care Service Corporation in Chicago, IL seeks a Product Solutions professional responsible for planning, development, integration, and execution of complex product initiatives within the business architecture. This role coordinates with product and marketing teams to articulate concepts, document requirements, and ensure successful delivery across divisions.

You will develop business cases, prioritize projects, and advance methodologies while engaging stakeholders.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree and 4 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management OR 8 years of experience in business analysis, system implementation efforts or project management.
Clear and concise written, presentation, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Experience working across departments with management handling sensitive situations and delivering formal training.

Responsibilities

Plan, develop, integrate, and execute complex product solutions initiatives.
Liaise with stakeholders to document and validate concepts and features.
Develop business cases and prioritize projects for the group portfolio.
Rationalize requirements across business cases and ensure cross-divisional integration.
Lead development of business development methodologies and processes.
