Insurify is seeking a Product Manager to lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional experiences driven by data insights.

The role requires 4–6 years of PM experience, strong SQL and analytics, excellent communication, and a willingness to work in Cambridge, MA 3 days per week. We offer competitive compensation, equity, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of product management experience or equivalent cross-functional roles.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL, dashboards, and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with partners and clients.
• Experience managing trade‑offs and prioritizing ruthlessly to drive results.
• High intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly in unfamiliar domains.
• Ability to work out of the Cambridge, MA office 3x per week.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional product experiences.
• Conduct deep dives into data and performance metrics to identify opportunities.
• Identify growth opportunities to increase conversion and revenue while optimizing features.
• Proactively address underperformance and drive initiatives from conception to execution.
