Job summary

CAVA is seeking a Product Manager to define, build, and optimize enterprise data products that drive operational excellence and measurable value. You will own the product lifecycle from creation to ongoing optimization, partnering across business, technology, and user experience teams.

The role sits at the intersection of strategy, tech, and UX, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and ensuring scalable, usable solutions aligned with enterprise priorities.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years in data product management or related technical/business roles.
• Proficient in SQL or Python.
• Experience with modern data architecture (data mesh, lakehouse).
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead a Data Product team supporting CAVA’s FP&A business unit.
• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise products, ensuring alignment with CAVA’s business goals.
• Oversee end-to-end product development, including prioritization, sprint planning, testing, and release management.
• Ensure products meet quality, usability, and performance standards.
• Act as the bridge between business and engineering teams, serving as a SME.
• Drive governance, privacy, and security standards for products.
• Develop training materials, user guides, and adoption strategies.
