Coda Search│Staffing is seeking a strategic Manager of Finance Analytics to join a high-growth services firm. This role bridges finance and data, turning complex datasets into actionable insights for leadership and standardizing performance reporting.

You will build scalable BI tools, optimize FP&A processes, and partner with IT and regional teams to ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, strong SQL, Power BI/Tableau skills, and deep financial

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
7+ years of FP&A, business analytics or strategic finance experience.
Advanced proficiency in data visualization (Power BI/Tableau) and financial modeling (Excel). SQL skills are strongly preferred.
Deep financial acumen with a proven track record of analyzing P&Ls, margins and complex datasets.

Responsibilities

Design and deploy scalable reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau) to track financial, operational, and project-level metrics.
Analyze project profitability, bookings, backlog conversion, and customer/vendor trends to identify risks and opportunities.
Establish KPI standardization and benchmarking across operating companies to highlight outliers and share best practices.
Streamline and automate recurring FP&A reporting to reduce manual workload and increase strategic partnering capacity.
Collaborate with IT, operations, and regional finance teams to ensure data integrity and drive adoption of analytical tools.
