FastSpring is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager to drive analytics-focused product innovation and data governance for our growing SaaS ecosystem. You will shape data strategy, collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams, and define roadmaps that deliver measurable business impact for sellers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes data warehousing, API integrations, and robust analytical tooling in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of product management in SaaS.
Understanding of data pipelines, schemas and enabling tools.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or equivalent.
Experience with Data APIs.
Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication; ability to present complex concepts.

Responsabilités

Define and evangelize a data product roadmap serving sellers’ needs.
Gather data use cases to build a next-gen data warehouse and collaborate with data engineering.
Identify and prioritize new product opportunities from research and market trends.
Work with an agile team to define user stories and coordinate delivery.
Gather and synthesize user feedback to identify and champion new product opportunities.
Develop business cases for new product ideas and align stakeholders across the business.
Interview customers and stakeholders to understand market and user needs.
Rigorous testing and validation of ideas with measurable success metrics.
Define and measure product feature success based on observable criteria.
