GAINSCO Auto Insurance is seeking a Senior Data Product Specialist to own the strategy, lifecycle, adoption, and performance of trusted enterprise data products. This role connects business needs with Data and Analytics capabilities, ensuring data products are reusable, well-governed, accessible, and aligned with measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has strong product judgment, business acumen, and the ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifikationen

5+ years in data product or analytics product ownership required.
1+ years in P&C insurance or financial services preferred.
Experience leading end-to-end lifecycle from discovery to retirement.
Ability to translate business needs into data product strategy.
Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Define vision, value proposition, and success measures for data products.
Build outcome-based roadmaps and prioritize investments.
Own lifecycle from concept to retirement, driving adoption.
Align sponsors, data owners, Engineering, Governance, Analytics, and Platform teams.
Drive adoption and monitor health through usage and trust.
Mentor team members on data product practices and accountability.
