You will craft a scalable, privacy‑first analytics platform, collaborating with product, design, engineering, and business teams, while mentoring junior engineers and shaping the data product roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field.
• 10+ years designing and deploying data/AI analytics products.
• 3+ years as a senior IC leading data products, AI analytics, and visualizations.
• Strong SQL, Scala, Python with Spark/Kafka/Airflow, CI/CD, and version control.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, dimensional modeling, and metrics layers.
• Experience applying Generative AI/LLMs to analytics use cases.
• Ability to influence across engineering and business teams; executive communication.

Responsabilités

• Define data instrumentation specs, user journeys, and interaction flows to collect behavioral, transactional, and operational data.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytical last-mile datasets and data products.
• Design and build a solid metrics layer to drive trustworthy insights and AI‑driven inferences.
• Establish data quality frameworks (e.g., anomaly detection) to ensure accuracy and consistency across all data products.
• Develop data visualizations leveraging AI and modern tools, as appropriate.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse set of partners across product, engineering, design, and business to gather requirements, prioritize use cases, and ensure high‑quality data product delivery.
• Lead discovery workshops with domain experts and synthesize requirements into wireframes, mockups, and development specifications.
