Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Data & Process Automation Analyst to support Leasing & Fleet Management–Business Services. The role focuses on maintaining data accuracy, improving processes, and modernizing legacy workflows using Microsoft Power Platform solutions, within governance of the citizen developer program.

You will own operational processes, automate workflows, and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure reliable execution of critical activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, automation, or process improvement using a modern tech stack.
• Experience with Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with Access/VBA-based processes and modernization.

Responsibilities

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least five years of experience in data analysis, automation, or process improvement using a modern technology stack Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel Exposure to Access/VBA-based processes and interest in modernizing them
• Experience working with SSMS Uses Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
• Uses advanced Microsoft Excel functionality Works with Access- and VBA-based processes and supports their modernization
• Works with SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Understands and supports operational business processes
• Manages time effectively and prioritizes multiple deliverables
