Hinge Health, headquartered in San Francisco, seeks a Senior Privacy and AI Counsel to partner with Product, R&D, Hardware, Marketing, and Clinical teams. You will shape privacy governance, assess risks, and negotiate DSAs, BAAs, and privacy issues across agreements, reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Product.

You will help embed privacy-by-design, lead impact assessments, and stay current with HIPAA, GDPR, and CCPA.

Competenze

JD from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
5–7 years of experience in privacy law and data protection.
In-depth knowledge of U.S. and international privacy laws including HIPAA, GDPR and CCPA.
Familiarity with privacy issues related to AI and ML, and AI governance best practices.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain privacy and AI policies and procedures in compliance with laws and regulations.
Oversee privacy impact assessments and data protection impact assessments.
Provide guidance on privacy and AI issues to various departments.
Embed privacy-by-design principles in product and R&D decisions.
Monitor privacy inquiries and incidents and lead response with Security and Compliance teams.
Work with client-facing teams on privacy and AI inquiries.
Collaborate with security to ensure data protection measures.
